Yes — strongly. Once you sign (or buy at auction) the contract is binding. A review lets you understand the terms, negotiate changes and spot red flags. If you buy through us, the review fee is credited.
It waives your cooling-off rights, so the contract becomes binding immediately on exchange. We generally advise caution and explain the full implications before you provide one.
