Before you sign or bid, know exactly what you're committing to — with written feedback on the terms and the red flags.
A contract of sale is a binding legal document, and once you've signed (or bought at auction) it can be very hard to walk away. A review before you commit is one of the smartest things a buyer can do.
We read the contract carefully, flag anything concerning, and give you clear written feedback — so you can negotiate, proceed or walk away with your eyes open. If you go on to buy through us, the review is credited into your conveyancing fee.
Fixed fee, disclosed upfront. You'll receive a written quote setting out our professional fee plus searches and disbursements at cost — before any work begins.
Forward the contract of sale — ideally well before auction or before you sign.
We read it in depth and check the certificates attached to it.
You receive a clear written summary of risks and recommended changes.
Negotiate, proceed or walk away — and if you buy through us, the fee is credited.
We can usually turn a review around within a couple of business days, and faster for an upcoming auction. Let us know your timeframe.
A section 66W certificate waives your cooling-off rights, making the contract binding immediately on exchange. We generally advise caution and will explain the implications before you provide one.
Not at all — it buys you certainty. And if you do proceed to purchase through us, the cost of the review is credited into your conveyancing fee.
Send through your contract or just ask a question — we'll come back to you the same business day.
